spirituality is something very special to me. It keeps me sane. I am not religious i am spiritual. God lives within my heart and everytime i take a breath i thank him and i call out his name. jesus is my focal point in life. and i must be hilarious to him because the saying goes ” wanna make god laugh,have a plan”. nights are when i feel most alive because when im alone i have great convos with him. telling him about my day because he is my only true friend. and i need to step my game up and have alil more faith and tough skin will be just a shield of love from my true love. 

I had a great day today. I have been doing alot of positive self-talk lately to build up my confidence about things. Self-talk really helps. You should try it. It gets me through my day. But remember to always stay positive. :)

Becareful of who you listen to cause they lead you to believe it’s the truth, when it’s really an opinion based on how they were raised or past experiences. If you believe it’s the truth then you build a scatoma on life cause what you THINK is true and you know nothin else to be true because your conditioned to think that’s the truth. Listen to what YOU tell YOU. Beacause what YOU tell YOU is the truth…..but remember to always stay positive. If you tell your self ” I am smart” then your smart. Just like that:)…..
